The number one reason finished basements fail here is that somebody framed and drywalled over a moisture problem. Six months later, there's mold behind the wall and the whole thing comes out.
We assess moisture and drainage before we frame. If there's an issue, we tell you and address it first. If there isn't, we build with materials and assemblies appropriate for below-grade space.
